3/20/08 2nd workout
















Was feeling a bit frisky, so I did a (for me) fairly high volume bending session. After warming up with 4 whites, I bent 10 greens one after another. Good session.

You've been busy writing, bending and I didn't notice before but almost a 2.5 x bw DL!! Props to you man, you seemed to have sussed out what works well for you and through hard work and commitment its paying off.

See you must have started whoring your blog on DD after you were jealous of my extra readership though ;)

Not guilty! I merely offered my own training as an example of a melding off Pavel's ideas with CrossFit programming. If people are intrigued by my excellent writing skills and amazing programming, then that is not whoring, that is supplying the wants of my adoring public.
Yeah, I was feeling good on my warm-up singles so I decided to skip the usual heavy set of 5 and just pull one heavy single. Felt pretty good to do it again. Proves the first one wasn't a fluke, and it felt almost easy. I know I can take down a heavier weight here soon. I will just need to taper my training though. Maybe here in a few weeks.
