Weighted dips:

25-35-45-55-65

One handed DL:
5x5
133 for all

Power clean:
10x2 start each set at the top of the minute
177 for all

TGUs are good on your warm up....that's gotta be another great grip worker right there.

Hey what happened to the Russian Squat Assault btw?

I am restarting the Russian Squat Assault with front squats. I got off the wagon on the back squats for various reasons, and now I am starting over.
