Heard you and Franklin discussing the Squat Rx videos on youtube and have been checking them out.

They are a great resource - especially for someone like me with my utter inflexibility.

Keep up the good work. You are doing a lot of quality work in the dark of the morning. You'll not have to worry about gettin' found out under the bright lights when you take that platform. To paraphrase Smokin' Joe.

Very nice. The SquatRx videos are well worth watching if you have squat issues. Apparently Boris is a high school teacher, and I would bet he's a darn good one. Thanks for the encouraging words. The predawn workouts aren't always fun, but the payoff will be worth it.

I'd have sat up and listened if my teachers were that big!! haha

But yeah, he's a darn good communicator.

Nice going on sunday's session. I was going to ask if all the big squats etc were having any effect on your weight. But then got my answer reading about your pressing. Your a strong dude.

Wow, I thought it was bench pressing and re-read it. C&P that's even more impressive!! Awesome stuff Martin.
