Core circuit-

25lbs weighted back extension, 10 reps
25lbs weighted sit-up, 10 reps
25lbs full contact twist, 5/5 reps

20 lbs Plate curl:
2x5

Hey man - hope you're not burned out already. I was a bit disappointed to see that your post on DD went unanswered. I figured you'd at least get some good advice about your first meet.

I don't read there so much anymore it seems to be the same questions over and over, and answers from 'religious fanatics'. The search function is ace though. Posts from 5 years ago can be seriously interesting.

Nope, not burned out. Hope this comment is not a near duplicate of my last one. Blogger just spazzed out on me. I was too busy to post yesterday, but had a great session. I will get it on here in a moment.

Agreed that the DD forum has been all downhill lately. I will cross post my question on Diesel Crew and see what I get.
