Morning Recharge:

Part 1 of Super Joints, all exercises for 10 reps



GTG with 8 pull-ups and 24 push-ups all day



Run 1 mile easy:

7:24



I started the watch and then left it at the start/finish line so I wouldn't be tempted to look at it and go faster.

Do you plan on taking a mock PFT to see where you stand prior to the real test? Its coming up soon so maybe this is not a good idea.

No need for a mock PFT. I have done these events enough to know roughly what I can do based on how my training is going. I will predict a 9:45 on the run, max out the Vertec vertical jump tester, 60 or so push-ups, 32-34 sit-ups and 50 seconds on the 300m run.
