Calisthenics:
3 rds of
20 push-ups
7 pull-ups
15 GHD sit-ups

Run 1 mile on the track:
6:28

This could probably have been faster but for the heavy rain and wind.

More calisthenics and stretching when I got inside, 2 more sets of 7 pull-ups and 15 diamond push-ups

Looking good man. You and the Mrs. It'll be a great environment for Anja Louise to grow up in. I predict many medals!!

Indeed, great work there sir!

I am assuming DL's are out now due to the shoulder issue.

When exactly is your PFT?

Thanks for the kind words. Anja already is quite adept at rolling over and pushing herself up, perhaps she has the makings of a gymnast.

The PFT is May 17. DLing makes my shoulder feel a bit funny, but doesn't actually hurt. That's one of the reasons I am going to the doctor on Wednesday. I want to get some recommendations as to what I can and can't do in terms of letting this heal up properly. Until then I am swinging the kettlebells in an effort to keep as much posterior chain strength as possible. After I get done running so much for the PFT I will add in heavy back squats if DL is a no go, but right now it is too much on my knees.
