Mobility:
Usual SJ routine plus 35# windmills, face the wall squats and halos.

Box squat: 1 minute countdown timer
8x2 at 135

Barbell press: 3 minute countdown timer
95x5, 95x5, 105x5, 115x3, 125x2

Back extension: 3 minute countdown timer
3x20

Jandas: 3 minute countdown timer
3x3

Skipped the sledge levering for lack of a sledgehammer. I will do it tomorrow.

Shoulders seem to be doing pretty well judging by those numbers and exercises.

What level you at on that 100 push up routine? I'm doing holds 3" of the ground tomorrow - not looking forward to it.

Yes, the shoulder is much better. Push-ups and face pulls together with the drills from Super Joints really did the trick.
So far I have completed day 1 of the routine. The first two weeks you go every other day, so tomorrow I will go again. I once got several weeks deep in the same routine, then got a sinus infection and just didn't have the energy to train hard and never got back to it. This time I want to see it through.
