Usual SJ routine plus scapula push-ups, dips, row and retraction on pull-up bar

TGU:
5 minutes with the 16kg

Swings:
5 minutes at 32kg, 7 sets of 10

The walking wounded!! Hope it ain't nuthin' and doesn't slow you down too much. You deserve a bit of luck at the minute.

It already feels much better (near 100%), but I will go easy again on Weds. before trying some hard C&P ladders on Saturday. I plan to pare back the volume on the variety days at least for now. I thought I was doing a good job of building volume slowly, but I seem to have been too ambitious again.
