Glad to see you are dead lifting pretty heavy again. When you perform your 3 x 3, do you quickly reset each time?

I reset after every rep on my work sets. I sometimes use the touch and go style when I am around 60% or less of my max, but other than that I really favor the reset.

Me too - personally I'm all over the place if I don't.

KettleBell tomfoolery sounds a bit like what I was at today. I do hope it didn't involve it going flying across the room like before though!!
