Weighted pull ups?? You call that going easy on the shoulder? Haha Well I suppose that you maybe got a bit of a stretch out of it.

How did it feel?? Couldn't have been too bad if you did 10 sets.

I didn't do 10 sets. Sorry if my notation was confusing. I was using a 2.5 pound plate in order to make the smallest weight jump possible, so it should read as 27.5 pounds x 5 reps and 12.5 pounds x 5 reps. Straight PTP style except I am using squats and pull-ups rather than deadlift and press. The only thing I am forbidden to do is any kind of pressing save for bench press. I am waiting a week before trying that. I also tried some light (89 pound)deadlifts today. They felt a lot better than on Monday, so they might find their way back into the program sooner than later.

The dog is eating your weightlifting magazines.

Ah - my screen is so dirty that I didn't see the decimal points.

Take it easy on the shoulders....and the dog ;)
