5 rds of 10/10, 5/5 resting 30 seconds between rds

Stretch:
-Hamstring stretch
-Souped up toe touch
-Decompression hang

Going well Martin - plenty of push ups and press ups like myself.

Thanks Colin. I am getting a lot out of my training lately. Making gains and feel full of pep. I'm eager to hear about yoga. I kept it pretty much under control over Thanksgiving, but I did indulge in a bit of pie here and there and a few soft drinks as well. I will recover in time for the Christmas binge.
