My slowest time ever in this workout. Not complaining really. I expect to have days where I can't put out at my best level.

You did your deadlift workout for 5 reps of my previous PR...I hate you! Haha

I just hope that the swings are doing their job and upping my DL as I go along. I don't know if you have noticed this but my glutes and lower back muscles are growing like weeds. Beginning to feel like I could be in a rap video!!!

I should point out that I mean have you noticed the effect on you haha. Cos if you'd noticed it on me, I'd wanna know HOW!! :)

Right. It took me a minute, but I did figure it out. I don't think swings alone would take you from 450 to 500 in the DL, but I wouldn't be surprised if you improve off of your current numbers since you weren't really specializing in it.
I don't know if I have been growing in those areas. Maybe I should ask Annie.
