OHS- worked up to 140x5
Deadlift- worked up to 308x5

CrossFit:
Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats

Run times were not bad, but tempo on squats was very slow. I took no breaks, but the squats took forever.

Finished up with 3 rds
15 sit-ups
20 push-ups
8 deadhang pull-ups
