I weigh 162 these days, so my deads were at 243, bench 165 and clean 121

So you a crossfitter now? You know a couple of years back I did out a business plan to start up a crossfit gym here in N Ireland. Needed to get quite a few certs and it just kinda fell by the way side....like my fitness haha.
Some day though.
Yeah. I got into CrossFit in January of '06. I've taken the occasional side road to pursue specific goals, but I always intended to get back to the WODs this spring. This is just a little early because I can't make it to the TSC. Here in a bit I may start adding some running to get ready for a 5k or two over the summer.
Funny that you were looking into that. I dreamed of having an affiliate. That is still kind of my dream for retirement. You know how a lot of cops and military stereotypically dream of opening bars? Same thing except I'm not yet either profession and I want to have a gym.
