15 Squats
19 rds plus 5 pull-ups
I think last time I got 17 and change (I am too lazy to go back and look). This is still not my PR, but improvement is good.
Afterward I played the Bud Jeffries "are you still strong?" game
Deadlift up to 323x5

Great effort Martin. You did indeed get just over 17 last time out with this.

Thanks Colin. I looked it up right before I read your comment. About two hours after completing this I had to drive 3.5 hours, attend a dinner, and immediately drive 4 hours. My hip flexors have been in excruciating pain ever since I got up yesterday. I've been stretching and foam rolling, but it doesn't do much good. Hopefully today's workout will shake off some of that rust. Then maybe I can stop walking like an old man.
I have no sympathy after the way my legs felt your souped up crossfit session ;)
I've got a bit of a virus today - seem to be making good progress each of us in our different ways but picking a lot of niggles and bugs.
