Broomstick low bar wall squat 2x5
32kg TGU, 3 minutes
24kg TGU, 2 minutes

DL:
315x5, 315x4, 325x3, 335x2, 345x1
Clean grip, no hook.

24kg BU C&P:
3x (1,2,3) 1x (1,2,2)

32kg weighted pull-ups:
4-3-2-1

32kg swing:
20 on the top of the minute for 3 minutes

Thank you sir. I am curious as to what my heavy single in the DL will look like at the end of this cycle. I have a pretty good guess on the other two lifts, but the DL is a mystery. The progress I've made with clean grip is certainly encouraging though.
