Nice. How are you determining weight for sets? Notice a pretty big difference between Mondays and Wednesdays Squats.
The general idea is a Heavy Light Medium schedule. On the heavy day I attempt a heavy weight for 5 sets. If I get 5x5 I go up 10lbs on the next heavy day. On the medium day I just subtract 10% of my 1RM from whatever I did on the heavy day, while on the light day I take off 20%.
Cool. You feeling a bit fresher on this as opposed to your last blitz? Hope everything is going good at home and the baby is settling in ok.
