Used my larger 25lbs plate for these. It is about an inch bigger than the one I've been using.
2A) Low bar back squat:

2B) Pull-ups:
45x5, 45x5, 45x5, 45x5, 45x5
3) Swings:
32kgx16 at the top of each minute for 7 minutes
