Hey Martin - good sessions this week. Nice bit of DLing the other day especially.
Thanks Colin. As you might guess from the sporadic nature of my posting and commenting, work and family have kept me pretty busy lately. I was just thrilled to get 4 sessions in instead of just 3. My plan each week is to work the bench and squat on the HLM format with pulls on the variety days, but lately the pulls get the axe way more than is good for me. My meet is tomorrow, so with me luck! I am interested to see how this no taper approach works for me.
