Grip/forearms-
Plate curls:
2x5 at 15 lbs (10 and 5 lbs plates)
Pinch grip rows:
2x5 at 25lbs (2x10lbs plates, 1x5lbs)
Wrist roller:
1 trip with the 70lbs KB attached, then the string broke. I will fix it later.
One arm barbell curl:
3x3 at 45lbs
Conditioning-
50lbs DB snatch:
3x10/10 with a 30 second rest between sets

start of a new pttp cycle? whats the target weight?
Yes, the plan is to use 2 week cycles of PTP and the Program Minimum for the foreseeable future, with my own extra work added in. The goal for this cycle is to hit 275 on the DL and 75 on side press. I am really looking long term right now and just trying to build some volume at light weights on the DL before I start chasing the big stuff. I want to pull at least 405 with the clean grip, so I am keeping the weights at poundages that don't force me to use a mixed grip.
I was planning on doing 2 weeks strength, 2 weeks high intensity kbs/bw circuits after xmas. Be interested to see how it works out for you.
Ive been DLing too past week or so - had to come down the weights myself. We'll soon be back to our dizzy heights.
ps - mention to Annie that my word verification is "pertist" haha. Not sure it counts as real word though.
