Push-ups:

Pull-ups:
18 sets of 4 on 1 minute rest. Definitely going to try sets of 5 next week.

TGU:
89x1, 75x1, 75x1

Joint mobility and call it a day.

Great work ethic of late, getting strong on those TGUs too.

I recommend Kill Bill 2 for a look at an intersting way to toughen the hands. In or out of the coffin is fine.

Thanks Colin. I forgot to note it as such, but I think the 89lbs TGU is a PR. As to my work ethic, I think I have really found my training "sweet spot" with this alternating 2 weeks PTP with 2 weeks PM. Granted I am less than 2 months deep, but I feel great and progress keeps coming in a variety of aspects of my fitness, so I am a happy camper.
