That all looks like good fun!! How did you find the short bending? I often read Adam Glass talk about how it is hard on everything from the hands to the lats and shoulders.

Sandbag work has got me thinking again about the benefits of having silly strong hands.

The bending is hard, but Adam is on another planet, so I am sure what he does takes it out of you more. I feel like I could easily go again today. I do think the heavy barbell and especially kettlebell work has improved my bending. I had barely touched it lately and then suddenly I could bend steel that previously I literally couldn't budge. Even when I cheat kinked a piece I couldn't get it moving, and now I can do it virtually at will. I need to get back to the hardware store and get some more steel to cut down to 6". Apparently the 1/4" HRS is equivalent to a yellow nail at 7" and a blue nail at 6", so I am interested to see when I will be able to move a blue nail.

Nice, keep it up and you'd be a good man to have along for a prison break.
