Usual SJ routine plus 3 rds of 10 jumping jacks and push-ups

Heavy day-
C&P:
5x (1,2,3) at 32kg

Pull-ups/chin-ups:
5x (1,2,3) at 16kg

Swings:
20 on the minute for 3 minutes with 32kg
