Swings:
7 sets as follows, starting each set on the minute
30-25-20-30-25-20-31
The set of 31 was because I promised myself a max set of 30+ on the last set, but when I got there I just coudn't even hang on to the bell. I did one extra rep and threw in the towel.

What did you use for the swings - the 32???
Nope, only the 24. I really didn't expect it to seem so hard, but I was already a bit tired from not sleeping too well, and the hard ladders probably didn't help either.
Its a great session and a hella amount of work but if you had of said 32 I'd have fallen off my chair and left for Shamesville :)
