A solid training day there, sir. I'm finally going to follow your lead and stop putting it off and mix my pullups with my presses.
Thanks Franklin. Congratulations on your decision to add pull-ups to your press ladders. It will change your life. Also, with your elbow issues have you ever thought about picking up a pair of rings? My left elbow occasionally flares up, which was the reason for the ring pull-ups on Saturday. They really seem to help.
