Great stuff again Martin. How long have you until the meet now. 4-5 weeks?
Actually it's still a bit more than 7 weeks. It is the weekend after Easter. I have one week remaining of the RSA, then I will use RSR for my peaking plan and hit it hard at my meet.
Your squat volume and intensity is getting scary .. fantastic work!
