15 minutes alternating 2.5 pound shoulder rehab moves with 10x24kg swings

44 pound high pulls

Janda:

High pulls and diamond push-ups to finish up.

Nice work. How did the shoulder hold up when DLing?

No problems so far. If I am excessively sore tomorrow I will know that it was a dumb idea.
