Considering the restrictions imposed on your training due to your shoulder, the program you designed is quite varied. I'm also very impressed with the weighted pistols.

Any word on when the interview is?

Thanks Franklin. I am pretty sure the first interview will be the week of June 16, but I am waiting to find out for sure.

Well Anja only ways about 17 pounds, so if I want some real overload I have to use Anja plus the cat plus the dog... Absolute hell to balance all three of them, but what can a guy do?
