The internets are EVIL

Oddly enough, ever since I stopped spending so much time reading about working out on the internet, my working out has been better and more focused. Yesterday I was reminded of this when I read Dan John's new article on T-Nation and immediately wanted to go and try the 40 day program. I am remaining steadfast though and keeping going with the current plan. I will write it up sometime in the future.

Yep, that's always the way it goes. Better to spend time training than reading or typing. Great blog, and Dan John is a genius!

You've hit the nail on the head there. Bet you have more than enough things to naturally fill that time with with the recent expansion of your family too.

Agreed Josh - he trys not to come across that way, but Dan John is indeed the man.

Its very easy to become an internet junkie living for the high of the next post or on-line article in place of something more constructive.

However, once in a while a well constructed post or article is just what the good doctor ordered to get me back on track.
