Hey, glad to see you back at it. Maybe your illness will also have given you time to recharge your batteries and you can blast through to this comp now.

You've missed the reps for your last set of squats btw.

Fixed it. Thanks. No workout today since I was busy with the birth of our daughter. Greta Jane was born today at 7:23pm. Weighed 7lbs 4.8oz.
