32kg KB press:

16kg BU C&P:
5x (1,2,3,4)

Levering:
5x5 front and back with 2.5lbs on the sleeve of my barbell that broke

24kg snatch:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 all reps L/R

Brutal! Very heavy volume with a demanding set of lifts. Its amazing you were able to end with such a large dose of BU C&P .. your grip must be getting scary strong.

My grip has definitely improved. I remember when singles with the 16kg were hard. I am deliberately upping the weekend volume while keeping the week day workouts relatively low so I won't be late for work.
