Well, I couldn't wait, so I resumed hard training today.

Warm-up-
Broomstick OHS 2x5
Neck and shoulder mobility
65lbs fat bar TGU 2x1
Hip rehab/prehab
Back bridge

Low bar back squat-
135x5, 165x5, 205x5, 205x5, 205x5

Bench press-
95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 155x5, 155x5

1 hand pinch-
2x25lbs 5 doubles

Nice lifting Martin. What do you weigh these days - around 170lbs isn't it? Is that close to BW sets on BP and 1.5 BW for squats?

What is the relationship between low and high bar back squats in terms of strength gains? At the moment all my back squat Oly assistance work is done with the bar on the top of taps with moderately wide grip (between clean and snatch) .. my prototype is the squat as taught in Starting Strength.
