Nice balanced program of pulls and pushes. Seven 32kg TGU singles per side is a lot .. those shoulders of yours must be feeling good!
Thanks guys. Next week I am taking a back off week and after that I will unveil my new program. It will either be the ROP or a mainly KB program with two days of 54321 deads thrown in. I have a week to decide. I may also try a three week run at Armstrong with 20 added pounds every day. That will largely depend on whether I do the ROP or make up my own plan.
