Pull-ups/chin-ups:
5x (1,2) at 30lbs
Snatch:
5/5 on the minute for 7 minutes at 24kg
Making progress on my snatch form. Hand health suffering less and less on my snatch days.

Nice work! And nice progress with the snatches. There is a delicate balance between hand care issues and volume and it took a while to find it for me.
For heavy volume days, I would tape and sock sleeve. This allowed me to get practice in without damage. Seven thousand snatches later, I was able to go raw even on my high volume days.
