You're a good man if you do. I think this is quite a bit harder than a 5k. That's what I've always noticed when I do CrossFit for a while. Running just seems easy. This type of workout exposes all of my weaknesses in one neat package. My squat tempo is incredibly slow, I've just gotten back to any kind of serious conditioning and the runs make me want to die, and burpees have always been my nemesis. Good stuff huh?
Yes, I will admit it. I changed it to burpees to make it harder. Hahahahaha! Sucker! Seriously though. Doesn't it make you feel good that you did the scaled up version? If you want some really sick workouts go to navyseals.com. It's a CrossFit affiliate and they post some brutal conditioning workouts. I think I might start mixing in a few of those with my buddy Carl to help him get ready for Marine OCS.

Might have a go at that tomorrow night for the craic - probably have to be with the old block length of 650m though.
Mind you - that's what I said about the 5km and it didn't happen ;)
