You feeling back to your best now? I take it the back pain was all part of the flu and strong again now.
i don't know Colin, I muscled through this by virtue of all the strenght work I have been doing, but I think you are better conditioned than me at the moment. I was really sucking wind after about minute two.
I'm not quite up to my best, but so much better than the past couple of weeks. I still have a lingering cough and runny nose, but the fever and sore throat are finally gone. I will be up to speed within a couple of weeks and then look out!
Too heavy for the body weight exercises - bet I'm way heavier than when I started my blog.
Pound for pound you're a few leagues above me...even off the back of illness. But I think I'm catching ...so it's you who'll have to look out haha
